Via Roma was born from a love affair with Rome. When our founder, Chris, moved his twin daughters to the Eternal City, what began as a new chapter in life quickly became a second home. Through friendships, shared meals, neighborhood cafés, and the timeless traditions of Italian hospitality, he discovered that the true magic of Rome wasn't found in its landmarks—it was found around the table.

Inspired by those experiences, Chris returned home with a vision: to create more than an Italian restaurant. He envisioned a neighborhood gathering place where authentic food, artisan craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality bring people together. Drawing on a lifetime of experience in food and beverage, entrepreneurship, education, and coaching, he created Via Roma as a place where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and connected.
